앞서 공지드린 바와 같이 2023년 9월 6일 (수요일) 오전 10시 주주총회를 개최할 예정이었으나, 안건 사항의 세부 내용이 확정되지 않은 상태입니다. 이에 따라, 원활한 의사결정과 투명한 정보 공유를 위해 주주총회 대신 ‘주주간담회’를 개최하게 되었습니다. 개최 장소와 일시는 동일하게 진행 될 예정입니다.

이번 변경사항이 주주님들에게 혼란을 드릴 수 있음을 인지하고 있으며, 이에 대해 사과의 말씀을 드립니다.

As previously announced, we were scheduled to hold a general meeting of shareholders on Wednesday 10 AM KST, September 6, 2023, but the details of the agenda have not been finalized.

Therefore, in order to facilitate smooth decision-making and transparent information sharing, we would like to hold a “Shareholder Roundtable” instead of the general meeting. The venue and date of the event will remain unchanged.

We recognize that this change may be confusing for our shareholders, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
